ON THE ROAD & EMERGENCY REPAIRS
Determine the cause for repair and then take the trailer to the nearest Lions Gate Shop (listed below) or, if necessary, take to another repair facility.
Notify Lions Gate immediately during office hours at (604) 468 3626 or on the next business day if after hours or on weekends.
Please fax or bring a copy of the invoice(s) the next business day to (604) 464-2229 attention service for consideration. Please also ensure the part(s) or tire(s) removed from the trailer are returned to Lions Gate Trailers Ltd. This will help us in making a decision regarding what caused the failure.
TIRES
All flat repairs and damage is the responsibility of the renter.
When a tire requires replacement during office hours, please contact Lions Gate for direction at (604) 468 3626.
If it is after hours, the driver should have tire(s) replaced with a comparable tire. In many cased this means purchasing a recap on a premium casing or a pair of tires on the road.
Please make sure that you return damaged tire casing along with invoice for replacement, so that we can determine cause of failure.
CHARGEBACKS
All damage is the responsibility of the renter.
If trailer is brought back damaged, a copy of the inbound lease and an estimate of what the repair will cost, will be faxed to you.
Once you have received our damage estimate, please review and then call us with either a purchase order number or let us know, how you will be paying.
